New Delhi: Four team members from Udayan Care have completed the three-month Frontline Leadership for Social Impact programme conducted by the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM).
The programme focused on developing leadership and managerial capabilities among professionals working in the social impact sector. Over the course of three months, participants engaged in learning and reflection around leadership, organisational values, workplace practices and the broader ecosystem in which social sector organisations operate.
According to Udayan Care, the programme also involved participants reflecting on their individual leadership journeys and developing practical skills relevant to their professional roles.
The programme concluded with individual and group presentations by participants, where they shared their learning, experiences and perspectives developed during the course.
Four professionals from Udayan Care were among those who participated in the programme. The organisation said the learning journey encouraged participants to examine their own roles, understand organisational practices and develop a stronger sense of ownership towards their work.
The Frontline Leadership for Social Impact programme is aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities among professionals working directly in the social sector, with an emphasis on applying learning to organisational and community-focused work.
